So...Tell Me About Yourself!

Developing your personal commercial.

In order to get your message clear with your interviewer, plan your introduction message. This is an "elevator speech". This one minute introduction will make or break your interview.

What have I done (think of your strongest areas of accomplishment)
What I know (your experience or knowledge in leadership)
What I have to offer (Why your interviewer should be interested)
Other important life experiences
What I am doing now
Where I want to be in the future

An abbreviated elevator speech briefly introduces yourself, your dream job, and your unique qualifications - it is future focused, not a history lesson.
It can include your name and title, occupation, field of interest or desired position, and something special about yourself: talents, and experience.
